California Market Center Leasing Book

This book is a leasing book representing the California Market Center based in downtown Los Angeles. As a leasing tool, the book combines data regarding demographics and business in the area and helps potential brands understand the area and the building. Sleek and edgy photography helps round out the information and brings a unique LA feel. The paper stock (Lynx) also brings an edgy feel which is untypical for a corporate leasing book.


Iconic Destinations Retail Leasing Book

This fashion magazine-inspired book showcases Brookfield Properties' most upscale luxury properties. By bringing in fashion photography compliment the properties and luxury retailers such as Chanel, Gucci, Prada, Burberry to name a few, which highlighted in the book and are also the intended audience. A new book is released annually and together the books create a series. The cover features soft touch paper stock and the interior pages feature an uncoated paper stock.


Eat/Drink Restaurant Leasing Book

This leasing book features bars and restaurants in Brookfield Properties’ portfolio. I revamped this leasing book by introducing unique print features. The cover features the Brookfield Properties logo and name of the book in white ink and are complimented by restaurant logos which are embossed. The embossed brings a tactile quality to the book. Within the book each portfolio features statistical information and stunning photography.


Retail Leasing Books

This suite of leasing books provided a unique challenge for the brand. Our goal was to unify the various types of properties, all of which look entirely different and have different types of information. Our secondary goal was to have the books fit within our larger campaign, We Mean Retail, which revolved around neon key art. I created a template for each of the 15+ books that our junior designers could easily use as starting points for each property. Each cover features lifestyle photography and a custom vellum wrap that has the same key art found in the We Mean Retail campaign.
