This book is a leasing book representing the California Market Center based in downtown Los Angeles. As a leasing tool, the book combines data regarding demographics and business in the area and helps potential brands understand the area and the building. Leasing books like this one helps facilitate conversations between retail brands and the company who owns and manages the building. Being from Los Angeles myself, I have a lot of personal experience with downtown LA and used photos and quotes to represent the area and help round out the data-driven information in the book.
