The goal of the rebrand was to help position Brookfield Properties as an innovative and global company in real estate and to create a brand that would work well across all sectors—office, multifamily, retail, hospitality, and logistics. This is a concept that I created. Using new fonts, colors, photography, and layout treatment, I created a bold and modern approach to the rebrand. The vibrant blue is an update to Brookfield Properties' previous cornflower blue. As their signature color I felt that using a vibrant blue helped modernize the dated cornflower blue and created a bold energy signifying the innovative aspect of Brookfield Properties.
